Chad LaChance moved to Nashville in 2008 after falling in love with the music scene, the culture, and his now wife.  He’s lived and worked all over the city and loves to share his passion for the area while simultaneously complaining about traffic. A trained audio and network engineer, Chad was previously the Director of IT for a home automation and audio video company installing top-of-the-line technology in homes throughout middle Tennessee.  Since beginning his career in hospitality and retail years ago, Chad has always taken a client first mentality.  He takes pride in ensuring his clients are satisfied and find the home that best fits their needs.  Chad is a true technology buff, a lover of music (ask him to sing you something!), a hot chicken connoisseur, a husband (to Vicki), a father to Chloe and Dean.
